For new and existing clients within Brisbane and outside North side area we offer full computer support services. This is due to our Office being located on the North side of Brisbane.

We can support your IT needs with any of the following:

$60 per hour

1 hour min charge

Then billed in

15 min blocks

Our unique Business Service Plans are designed to help any Business in Brisbane. We set up our software on your computer/s so we can monitor and access your  systems at any time you need us to. In this way if something happens and you need help fast, as long as there is an Internet connection we can access your computer and try to fix the problem.

You need to consider our plans even if you only have 1 computer at your Business. These plans are designed to help minimise risk of 'Hacking', Virus and Trojan attacks and just importantly protection and backup of your data by ways of backing up your data and monitoring your hardware performance.

Reduced rates per hour for onsite Labour charges for all Business Service Plan Clients. Only available if within Brisbane area.

Rates at $40 per hour. Billed at minimum of 1 hour then at $10 per 15 minute blocks there after.
 

• Software installed to monitor computer system performance and allow remote accessing if needed

• Anti Virus software installed if none already

• Trojan removal and monitoring software installed if none already

• Anti Ad aware software installed if none already

• Firewall software installed if none already

• Patch management software installed (checks and installs any new Microsoft operating system updates released)

• Back up software installed if none already

• Port scanning software to detect malicious software using your internet

• Registry error scanner and fixing software

• Hard drive de fragmentation software

Once all the software above has been installed we will set the software to run automatically where applicable. We will also do the following:

• Log into your system once a month to run and check all programs above to remove viruses, Trojans ad aware etc.

• Provide a report that details any viruses etc that were removed, any critical system information that we feel you need to know about to address any issues such as low memory or low hard drive space remaining etc.

• Our system monitoring program is set to provide automatic 'Flags' if certain criteria are reached. This allows us to be notified instantly if something is wrong so we can notify you of the situation as soon as we do.

Free "Acceptable Computer Use Policy" for all sign ups.
 

Only $20 per computer per month

That's only $5 per week per computer for monitoring and a once a month service.

Remote accessing for help or repairs etc charged at $10 per 15 min block at end of month.

The more Advanced Plan has these fantastic services for your PC's:
