We then install a special
piece of software that allows us to remotely log into your computer at
an agreed range of times to run these programs and remove any nasties
that might be lurking on your machine. This software also allows us to
log into your computer at your request to fix something that may have
happened outside the service plan timeframe *.
We then set about
optimising the performance of your machine to help it run better.
We then send you an email
to advise on what we found and what we did.
We do this once a month
and call it our "System Tune Up" plan as it is basically a once a
month tune up of your computer to get the best out of your machine.
All this for only $30
per month per computer **- not a bad deal is it...!!!

Costs to remotely login outside normal plan service time are $10 per 15
minute block. Billable at the end of each month if applicable.
